Matcha Mint Julep
Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 matcha green tea bags
- 2 ounces bourbon
- handful of mint
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- plenty of ice
- boiling water for tea
Directions
- Drop the teabag into a cup of boiling water and let it steep for a few minutes.
- Put some mint into the bottom of an 8 ounce glass, add sugar and muddle with a wooden spoon or honey dipper.
- Add bourbon and fill the rest of the glass with ice.
- Then, fill the rest of the glass with green tea and serve immediately.
