I came upon Mary Berry’s recipe for a Knickerbocker Glory a while ago and filed it away for future reference, and then the other day I came upon a recipe for a healthy version of a Knickerbocker Glory and knew I had to try them both.

If we can educate people about what’s really going on with puppy mills and animal abuse, and reduce the numbers of dogs and cats euthanized each year, we will be alleviating suffering and creating a standard of humanity that our society can be proud of.
